Walt Disney World Website Gets Re-design
January 16, 2009
The Walt Disney World website has gotten yet another re-design. Making it better than ever, it’s now easier to explore the Walt Disney World Resort. Three main sections include “Discover”, “Plan”, and “Book” for guests’ convenience.
First timers need to check out the Discover section – with tons of information regarding the parks, attractions, and more. Obviously, the Plan section helps you plan your trip, with park hours, a pricing guide, and more.
Disney has definitely made their whole website look and feel much cleaner, simpler, and fresher. It’s a very nice re-design, so check it out right here!

Hi Matt,
I would dearly love to see the new site, but I can’t however, as Disney for some reason has blocked it to UK residents. I’ve tried to get around this but to no avail. Do you have any ideas how I might do this???
Thanks,
Glenn

Have you tried just going to disney.com and clicking on the Parks section, then clicking on Walt Disney World? Or try typing in disneyworld.com. What does the “block” do/say?
I don’t see why they would block it…

Hi,
When I type disney.com or disneyworld.com, it redirects to a uk site unfortunately. I used to be able to go to your US site, but I think that there is a different pricing agenda for the two markets and I don’t think they want us to see?? I don’t know. If I could get around that it would be great. Thanks for your help anyway Matt.
Cheers,
Glenn
