Sample delicious flavors of food and wine from different corners of the World in this event at Epcot. Enter this culinary celebration – and you’re in for celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, nighttime concerts, activities for the kids, and not to mention the wonderful food!
A great thing about the annual International Food and Wine Festival is that it is free with park admission! Only some seminars and activities cost extra. Most everything, however, is at no extra cost to you – no extra ticket purchase necessary.

DEMONSTRATIONS & SEMINARS (for 2009)
Authentic Taste Seminars - 30 minute seminars taking you on a journey to discover the origin, property, and history of some of nature’s purest ingredients. (Friday – Sunday at 2:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.; no extra cost).
Authors without Borders – Informational 30 minute conversations with some well-known authors from the food and wine industries speaking on popular topics. (Friday – Sunday at 12:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m.; no extra cost).
Wine and Beverage Seminars – Learn wine tips and sample selected vintages in this 45 minute seminar with a winery expert. (Daily at 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:45 p.m., & 5:30 p.m.; $8 per person, including tax – park admission required).
Daily Culinary Demonstrations – In this 45 minute seminar, meet the featured chef and wine presenter; then learn cooking tips and get to taste the demonstrated dish and wine. (Daily at 1:00 p.m., 2:45 p.m., & 4:30 p.m.; $8 per person, including tax – park admission required).
History of Beer in America – Learn the history of beer in America as well as the science behind the brewing process. Hosted by the Boston Beer Company. Located in the American Adventure Pavilion. (Daily at 11:50 a.m., 12:35 p.m., 2:05 p.m., 3:35 p.m., 5:00 p.m., & 6:05 p.m.; no extra cost).
Taste of Puglia – Puglian chefs prepare food with the tastes and spices of Puglia, demonstrating their techniques and Itialian flavors. Located in the Italy Pavilion. (Daily; no extra cost).
